Prior to scheduling an appointment, you will need to submit a consultation request form by selecting the "Request Consultation" tab at the top of the page. After your request is reviewed by the  psychiatrist,  you will receive a link to our patient portal: Luminello. In Luminello, you can schedule appointments based on availability, complete additional forms, enter an accepted form of payment to the portal, etc.
